Telesha Pinder has been in Real Estate for the past 5 years and recently became a Real Estate Broker, with over 15 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance sector, having been engaged at reputable banking institutions, namely, Scotiabank Bahamas Ltd., Royal Bank of Canada, Freeport Grand Bahama, International Banking Group, Turks & Caicos Islands.
Serving in supervisor positions in various sections/departments in all the above organizations, receiving numerous commendations, and recognition for job performance. Most notable, was her recent award as the ‘Best of The Best’ and Top Sales Officer for Scotiabank, both nationally and regionally. This accomplishment is no small feat, and it is indeed indicative of Mrs. Sands-Pinder’s superior skill set, as well as her immense passion and professional drive.
She is an active Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and holds a Master Degree with specialization in Project Management from Amberton University since 2018 from Garland Texas, BBA in Management, minor in Finance from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro Georgia-2006. Additionally, she is a member of National Association of Realtors and a Certified International Product Specialist and Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) from Florida State University in December 2015.
